Orders
By placing an order on creativetech.shop you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping and tax. Custom and stock-design drinkware is made to order unless marked ready to ship.
Production
Laser engraving is permanent. You are responsible for approving your design, logo, and text in the preview before checkout. Minor variation in etch appearance on powder coat is normal.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses via USPS. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the package.
Returns
Because items are customized, all sales are final except if we made a clear production error or shipped the wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
